About

GROUNDWORK Experiences are like GROUNDWORK a la carte. They can feel like a course, a workshop, a talk, or something entirely new! Experiences are malleable to any context but are often ideal accompaniments to:

  1. Conferences or festivals

  2. Professional development programs

  3. Retreats or residencies

Experiences are developed context-specifically but typically include creative consulting and/or training, process leadership experiences, warm-up and cool-down interludes, and interstitial conversation. In a way that is individualized to the opportunity, GROUNDWORK’s principles of engagement are infused into a reciprocal web of experimentation, creativity, and generosity. Participants depart with strength in themselves and clarity in their work.

I enjoyed and benefited from everyone else’s workshop, especially the chance to use my hands/body/mind and to feel, if only for an instant, that anyone can be an artist/mathematician/dancer/yogi master. This interdisciplinary aspect is really great and very empowering.
